Choose a plan for the way you research property. Every account includes the map, Insights, Topo and saved parcels on every device. Paid plans add owner name search and more room for daily research. Questions
What counts toward my limits?
A parcel counts once each day. Reopening it that day is free. Ask AI questions count after an answer is delivered, and failed requests do not count. Lists and selections have their own daily row allowance. CSV exports, printed lists and mailing labels share the export allowance. Daily limits reset at midnight Central Time; monthly export limits reset on the first of the month. Hourly parcel limits use a rolling hour.
Does a paid plan include more data everywhere?
Plans increase allowances and unlock the features listed above. Available records and owner information vary by county. A paid plan does not unlock restricted records or add data a county has not published. Check coverage where you research before choosing a plan.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from Manage billing on your account page. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
Do you refund partial months?
No. When you cancel, you keep the plan until the paid month ends, and no partial-month refunds are given.
Do unused reveals roll over?
No. Reveals reset each month and do not roll over.
Who can reveal owner phone numbers and emails?
Owner phone and email reveals are for real estate use only and are available in supported states, currently Minnesota. You tell us who you are and how you will use them once before your first reveal.
How do I pay?
Payments are handled by Stripe. PublicGIS never sees your card number.
